Reconciliation is about restoring relationships and relationships for me are really important in early childhood education and care. I think the National Quality Framework embeds that idea of valuing and respecting Aboriginal and to Islander cultures. It's a guiding principle to the to the national law and regulations but the learning Frameworks also make links to the UN Convention on the rights of the child and the child's right to culture. So, for me, Reconciliation is about building those relationships and building strong relationships and I respect and valuing of Aboriginal and Torah straighter culture
